Bufotoxin

    Bufotoxin is a toxic substance found in the skin and venom of many toads (genus Bufo) and some other amphibians. It contains many compounds, including bufagin, bufotenine, and serotonin. Extract from the skin of certain Asian toads, such as Bufo gargarizans, is often found in certain Chinese folk remedies.
