    Selenite broth contains:
              Peptone           5g/l
              Lactose 4g/l
              Di-sodium hydrogen phosphate 95g/l
              Sodium di-hydrogen phosphate 05g/l
              Sodium selenite (NaHSeO3 4g/l

              pH 71 (approximately)
